Abstract

The article describes the importance of preventing bullying and cyberbullying among children and adolescents in general education schools in the Atyrau region in practice and determining their socio-psychological characteristics. At the same time, a questionnaire was used, consisting of several questions that determine the knowledge of adolescents about bullying and cyberbullying, as well as the existence of these phenomena among them. Measures to prevent bullying and cyberbullying among adolescents contribute to the presentation of the results of an analysis conducted to determine the level of bullying in schools and its impact on behavior, the nature of the emotional reaction in situations of bullying and cyberbullying of adolescents in the Atyrau region. Bullying and cyberbullying is a problem of adolescents, as this age group is the least protected from the impact of environmental factors. In addition, the development of bullying and cyberbullying greatly affects the microclimate of scientific organizations and in the family. If the problem of bullying and cyberbullying is actively spread among all participants in the developing process, then the probability of detecting diseases is high. The prevention of bullying and cyberbullying must have aspects of security, presence, reach and control. Therefore, the teenager is afraid to tell others about the pressure on him, which is what the aggressors use, because of which he becomes withdrawn, a feeling of fear and panic appears. In this regard, it is necessary to carry out preventive work in the school, working with students and teachers, as well as to constantly monitor the behavior and atmosphere in the classroom in order to respond in a timely manner to the appearance of these two phenomena.
