Abstract

The 21st century is characterized by rapid technological advancement, which has significantly influenced the field of education. All sectors of education in our country are utilizing digital technologies to make library educational resources accessible in electronic format. The digitalization of learning resources based on modern technologies promotes innovation in the educational process, enables students to engage in multiple types of learning activities, enhances teachers’ digital capacity, and supports the use of online learning platforms, interactive whiteboards, and virtual laboratories. This article examines the importance and effectiveness of digitalization in the vocational education system, as well as the impact of digital learning resources on the development of digital competence among future teachers. However, the extent of its effectiveness has not been sufficiently studied empirically.
