ORIENTATIONS FOR STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT KazUIR&WL NAMED AFTER ABYLAI KHAN

Abstract

The article reveals the methodology for the development and management of innovative processes in the university and is carried out mainly through the purposeful introduction of qualitatively new elements, properties and characteristics into the activities of the university. In this regard, the use of modern teaching methods, ensuring interconnection and continuity in the study of disciplines, interdisciplinary connections, building the process of teaching and educating students in accordance with the model of a specialist, the use of uniform methods of current and final control, a point-rating system becomes relevant.The innovative development of KazUIR&WL is an objectively conditioned, purposeful and irreversible, time-unfolding process of transition of a university from one state to another. This process is carried out mainly through the purposeful introduction of qualitatively new elements, properties and characteristics into the activities of the university. The main priorities of the strategic development of the university may consist in its development as an innovative adapted type of higher education institution, whose activities are focused on advanced scientific research, their determining influence on the content of the educational process and an innovative approach to ensuring the sustainable development of the university, on the active activity of the university in the Kazakh and international markets of educational services and scientific products, etc.
