In a modern world characterized by rapid change and uncertainty, the ability to lead effectively is becoming an essential attribute in various spheres of life. This article highlights the importance of the educational process in the formation of key leadership qualities. The leaders of our time face unique challenges that require innovative thinking and flexibility in solving problems. Education should therefore strive to develop these competencies by providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful leadership in a variety of contexts. The purpose of this study is to analyze and systematize effective methods of educating leaders, including evaluating strategies, practices and approaches that contribute to the development of leadership skills among young people. The research is important both for the theoretical understanding of the mechanisms of leadership development and for practical application in the educational environment. It contributes to the improvement of pedagogical techniques and leadership development programs. The methodology includes the development and analysis of a questionnaire aimed at students of pedagogical specialties to assess the perception of various methods of educating leaders and identify the most effective approaches and techniques. The main results of the study indicate the importance of motivation, teamwork, role-playing games and extracurricular activities in the process of developing leadership qualities. It has been revealed that interactive and practical teaching methods have the greatest influence on the formation of leaders. This work makes a significant contribution to the field of pedagogical sciences, providing valuable data for the development of effective leadership training programs.
The results of the study can be used by educational institutions to improve and adapt curricula aimed at developing students' leadership skills, taking into account modern requirements and challenges.
