Abstract

In the modern world, when the Fourth Industrial Revolution is taking place, much attention is paid to the possibilities of artificial intelligence in the educational process, which is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of research scientists-the topic of digitalization of the educational process.He noted that in addition to improving science, technology and the quality of human life, the digital age, in turn, could not but cause ethical and social problems (the emergence of unemployment, the violation of the ethics of using finished work, reducing the level of thinking and the quality of health of humanity, etc.).The article addresses a number of issues and contradictions related to the use of artificial intelligence, providing new opportunities for students and teachers in the field of education and being an incredibly powerful tool that penetrates into all areas of our lives, and it is noted that competence in the field of artificial intelligence has become one of the most important technological skills of the XXI century.The articlewillfirst describe the history of the development of artificial intelligence, its role in education.Based on a review of foreign scientific publications, the author identifies the essence of artificial intelligence, the opportunities it provides both teachers and students within the framework of educational practice, and the risks of its introduction into the educational process are proposed.In the era of digitalization and globalization, the field of Education undergoes changes, acquires new highly intelligent shades, namely: the introduction of various digital principles neural networks, artificial intelligence, etc., according to which, in the research work, the concepts of "artificial intelligence" and "neural networks" were analyzed, their distinctive features were identified.According to the final product produced, the types of neural networks were described and comparative analyzes of the positive and negative aspects of the use of neural networks in the educational process were carried out.The article carried out a literature review and an empirical study on the assessment of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in education by students and teachers.The possibilities, prospects, and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in education were identified and modeled by content analysis based on a survey of teachers and students of pedagogical universities, including the Kazakh National Women's teacher training University.The need to introduce artificial intelligence into the educational process, as well as the technologies used in modern universities, was identified and analyzed.By providing opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence in the personalization of learning, we have comprehensively determined the need to use and improve neural networks and artificial intelligence technologies in education, artificial intelligence cannot completely replace a teacher or student.We came to the conclusion that artificial intelligence facilitates the work of teachers, and students can creatively solve educational problems, however, it should be used not only as an additional tool for improving the learning process.
