Abstract

Improving the content of education, its structural system in the educational process in accordance with modern requirements is a key condition for the implementation of educational reform. One of the main tasks of the modern world is to prepare a competitive future specialist with high-quality education and skills, in order to raise the modern education system to the world level. It is also the development of a comprehensively formed personality with high abilities for self-development, able to contribute to the development and prosperity of the country through the application of theoretical knowledge in practice. Also relevant in modern conditions is the improvement of the professional level of competence of the future teacher, who is free and actively thinking, modeling the educational process, independently presenting and introducing new ideas and technologies of teaching and upbringing into the educational process. A modern graduate must meet international requirements in a certain specialty, that is, be competitive in the labor market. Firstly, a professionally competent teacher has a positive effect on the formation of students' creative abilities in the process of educational work; secondly, he achieves the best results in his professional activity; thirdly, the teacher implements the improvement of his professional capabilities. High efficiency of the presentation of the professional model as a system of professional activity that ensures the unity of theoretical and practical training. Within the framework of models as a professional, the personality of the teacher is formed. This makes it possible to determine the process of pedagogical activity, from which the socio-professional position develops and the teacher's vision improves, his qualifications in the chosen specialty are improved, skills are formed.

The article analyzes the use of the structural-content model in the educational process and its effectiveness, designed to form the professional qualifications of biology teachers.
