BOOSTING ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS` MOTIVATION AND COLLABORATION THROUGH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

The modern world is rapidly changing under the influence of modern technologies. Also, the requirements of modern language learners are changing with the times, in other words, we need to encourage the use of gadgets and technologies, which have become everyday tools of children who have opened the door to the digital world, as means of education and language learning. It is well known that the rapid development of social networks has led to a shortage of oral communication in society. That is why we should effectively use the opportunities technologies bring to develop the young generation's ability to work in unity and collaboration. However, if students' interest and motivation in language learning is low, the language learning process will be ineffective. Therefore, the focus of this research work is to develop students' interest in language learning while working together by integrating digital technologies in English language classrooms. A recent literature review has been done to assess the potential of digital educational tools. In addition, an action research method has been conducted, and a survey method has also been used. As a result, several digital game-based language learning and mobile language learning tools have been compiled for A2 and B1 students.
