Abstract

The relevance of the study is confirmed by a number of objective factors that have arisen in the labor market in Kazakhstan, namely, the discrepancy between the content of education and the needs of companies, the time and means spent on adaptation and training of young specialists at the enterprise, «expired competencies», not meeting the requirements of innovative development of economy. In this situation, it is advisable for higher education to change the technology of training and to move from the modes of transfer of knowledge to the opportunities of learning with the acquisition of practical, project experience. The article is devoted to the study of practical-oriented training in higher educational institutions regardless of the specialty. The analysis of the main existing approaches and models of applied in practice-oriented training in domestic and foreign practice is conducted. Based on the results of a series of in-depth interviews with experts in the field of practical-oriented training, relevant approaches to the organization of practical-oriented training, effective formats of interaction with partner companies, as well as weaknesses and barriers, obstacles to effective management of practical-oriented learning processes are defined. Based on the results of theoretical and expert analysis, a model of practical-oriented training was developed, in which all modern approaches and methods were generalized, a management algorithm was formed.
