Currently, along with the development of technology and methods of information dissemination, opportunities for training and education are also increasing. One of the most important and urgent issues, especially in the last 3 years, was the rapid and forced transition to distance learning. In this regard, modern pedagogy is actively discussing a new concept - "hybrid teaching". Currently, a specific terminological apparatus has not yet been formed in this field. The basic idea behind hybrid learning is to optimally coordinate online, offline, or a combination of the two to achieve educational goals. Given that hybrid learning technology is a relatively new phenomenon, there is a paucity of research examining its use and effectiveness. In this article, the experience of foreign universities and American schools that have successfully implemented Hyflex technology in their practice was discussed and the results were described, as well as conclusions were given based on the use of this teaching model in higher education. During the experimental study, an original questionnaire consisting of 10 questions was compiled and adapted. In the course of this study, conducted among students of higher education institutions, we found that the majority of students support hybrid learning technology, and that learning using Hyflex technology has a great impact on the formation of professional qualities of students and strengthening professional motivation. In conclusion, a generally positive attitude of students towards this technology was determined. Thus, the quality of use of the technology itself improves, as well as the opportunities for students to receive in-depth education in their specialty.
