Abstract

The article substantiates the theory of the development of leadership skills of children of the older preschool age group through gamification and is given in practical terms through the result of an experiment. The preschool organization provides opportunities for the use of gamification in the development of leadership skills of older children. The importance of developing leadership skills in children is becoming increasingly recognized in modern society. Defining the most important stage in the life of a four-year-old child, the main aspects of his personal and social behavior, the authors consider scientifically based theories and give an idea of what leadership skills can be developed in them, how actions positively affect his future. In today's world, teaching leadership skills to children is becoming an increasingly important task. Leadership not only helps to adapt to society, but also helps the child to understand his potential and influence on others. The article considers gamification as an effective tool for developing leadership skills in children. They are guided by the state program and the concept of education development in Kazakhstan. The authors analyzed the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the development of leadership skills, showed the ways, possibilities and methods of using gamification in preschool organizations. In order to develop children's leadership skills through gamification, the features of identifying cognitive, creative, socio-emotional, communicative, research, and physical qualities are reflected, means are identified, and methods are shown. Gamification stimulates children to increase their interest in education. From this point of view, the authors confirm the research results obtained during the experimental work and demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed complex of simulation games.
