Abstract

The article is devoted to a new section of pedagogical science – cyber pedagogy. The goal set by the authors is to provide a minimum of theoretical and practical information in cyber-pedagogical practice, conducting an approbation in teaching the Russian language.

The relevance of this work is determined by the need to develop the scientific and technical foundations of cyber pedagogical education in higher education. The authors draw a line between online learning and distant learning. The experience of distant learning at the higher school of the Republic of Kazakhstan has existed for over ten years. Online learning has evolved since the announcement of the COVID-19 pandemic. The abrupt transition to online learning has created difficulties for both students and teachers. To this end, the researchers consider the adaptation of students in cyberspace. The introduction of innovative methods and technologies is essential, taking into account the phenomenon of cybersocialization.

The investigation of scientific literature and the establishment of methodological underpinnings in cyberspedagogical practice justify the study's theoretical significance.

The practical significance of the research lies in the development of didactic materials tested in cyberpedagogic practice on various online platforms. Innovative methods and technologies demonstrated by cyber educators reveal the goals and objectives of classes aimed at the linguistic, communicative and cultural competencies of students.  The developed online classes are designed to create conditions for the development, self-development, and self-realization of the student's personality. Considering the work of future specialists in the field of art, the authors give preference to spiritual and moral education - the formation of a scientific worldview, along with national self–knowledge, active citizenship among Kazakh youth; the realization of creative potential in socio-cultural and artistically productive activities.

The authors summarize that the established materials in various online formats have had a beneficial effect and allow us to model the methodological system in the digital transformation of modern education.
