In the context of rapid societal development, the expansion of political and social opportunities, the creation of a post-industrial information society, the strengthening of intercultural relations, economic development, increased competition, and the reduction of unskilled labor sectors, the issues of selecting specialists in various fields, constantly improving their professional qualifications, and forming modern competencies such as mobility and the enhancement of personal values become relevant. The task of pedagogy is to assist in the preparation of citizens of the state, family members, and qualified professionals. Kazakhstan's educational policy takes national perspectives into account, presents them to the global community, and is based on advanced global experiences. The new educational paradigm requires a comprehensive and fundamental renewal of the existing system, the improvement of the content and technologies for training future specialists, including the renewal of preschool education specialists.
The development of the professional competence of future preschool organization teachers is an important task. The possibilities of improving the professional education process through the use of art technologies are considered. Art technologies (art techniques) help develop creative abilities, diversify teaching methods, and make the learning process interesting and effective.
The authors note that developing the professional competence of future teachers using art technologies contributes to raising their professional level, improving the quality of education, and introducing innovative methods in preschool organizations.
The article analyzes the potential for developing the professional competence of future preschool organization teachers through art technologies. The authors reveal the importance of opportunities for developing the professional competence of future preschool organization teachers based on art technologies.
Several methodologies are also used in the article to obtain empirical data. These include the diagnosis of creative thinking (researching the flexibility of graphical images according to E.P. Torrance) and the diagnosis of students' artistic and creative abilities (according to the methodology of N.A.Lepskaya).
