SYSTEM- INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO THE ORGANIZATION OF FOREIGN-LANGUAGE EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS OF KAZAKHSTAN

The article considers the application of system-integrative approach to the organization of foreign-language education in schools of Kazakhstan.
Systematization refers to the representation of studied objects or processes in the form of holistic associations - systems, consisting of interconnected, interdependent and interacting components. Integrativeness focuses on the state of connection, unification, connection, complexity and means the process of convergence of individual parts, elements, functions of different systems.
The main objective of the study is to present the components of school organization in the form of a holistic system and separate subsystems for the identification and analysis of problems encountered in the course of teaching a foreign language at school.
The objectives were to identify observation sites, establish parameters for observation, visit schools, conduct visual inspections and interviews with responsible personnel, obtain data and interpret materials scientifically.
As a result of a study conducted on the basis of 5 schools in Kazakhstan, three main interrelated components of school education with representation of their content (educational infrastructure, educational process and human resources) are distinguished. The hypothesis was formulated. For it's verification an analysis of the quality of knowledge of students was conducted as the result of which the direct dependence of the level of quality of knowledge on the state of the educational environment was proved. For example, the overcrowding of classrooms and the shortage of teaching staff and classrooms have an impact on the quality of teaching.
The importance of the problem is caused by the globalization and modern requirements for the organization of teaching a foreign language in schools for successful integration into the world community. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the using system-integrative approach by educational institutions allows in a complex to consider the content, academic issues, and the organization of the educational process, has the potential to identify and address emerging issues in a timely manner in order to create an effective school environment.
