Abstract

One of the most important tasks in the current era of globalization is to prepare the population to live in the new conditions of civilization. In this context, the creation of a new technological system of education capable of radical change in all spheres of life and professional activity of people.

Distance learning is one of the relatively new and promising areas of information technology in education, which allows to implement distance learning. The effectiveness of distance learning is determined and explained by the pedagogical meaning embedded in it. Distance learning technologies are designed to create an educational space that promotes self-determination of students through the organization of elective courses, information work and profile orientation.

Global pandemics have led to changes in the education system due to the spread of coronavirus infection. This article discusses the basic principles of modern education in the country's universities and the main issues of digital education. In particular, in connection with the quarantine restrictions imposed by the West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University named after Zhangir Khan, it was proposed to transfer full-time students to distance learning.

On the basis of this study, key areas for the development of quantitative competencies of the teaching staff to ensure a high-quality educational process in the context of transformation are identified.

The importance of this study is due to the need for successful implementation of the education system to adapt to the conditions of the quantitative development of the country. The novelty of the research is determined by how quantitative competencies are developed in the article with the wide use of pedagogical methods.
