Abstract

The relevance of the study is focused on specific problems of teachers of Colleges of the Abay region, which are often associated with limited resources, insufficient opportunities for professional development and lack of social benefits. The study aims to identify such important factors for teachers of technical and vocational education institutions as working conditions, wage system, access to vocational training and work-life balance. The subject of the study is the analysis of foreign experience and its application in improving the quality of life of college teachers, which makes them academic subjects of colleges in the Abay region. The aim of the study is to determine how academic membership, working conditions, Social Security and professional growth of university teachers affect their quality of life and how improvements can be achieved in these areas by providing foreign experience. The practical significance of the study makes it possible to develop specific measures to increase the satisfaction of teachers of educational institutions of technical and vocational education, which, in turn, can improve the quality of Education. Recommendations based on foreign examples of best practice can help shape policies that provide better working conditions, promote academic freedom, and provide more opportunities for professional growth and Social Security.

The results of the survey show that the most successful strategies for improving the quality of life of college teachers include comprehensive measures such as supporting professional growth, access to educational resources, creating favorable working conditions and Social Security. The study showed that Scandinavian countries with an emphasis on social security and work-life balance have a particularly positive effect on the satisfaction of university teachers. Similarly, the Australian learning experience, which includes continuing vocational education and mentoring, is useful for enhancing professional competence.
