Abstract

The article comprehensively discusses the issues of enhancing the professional training of future educators in creating a subject-developing environment in preschool institutions. This research holds a significant place in modern pedagogical science and practice, as the subject-developing environment is one of the key factors influencing children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. The authors emphasize the importance of using modern methods and approaches, providing methodological foundations for creating conditions conducive to the comprehensive development of children.

The study utilized S.L. Novoselova's methodology "Designing the Subject-Developing Environment in Preschool Institutions" and G.N. Panteleeva's methodology "Subject-Developing Environment for Developing Professional Competence." These methodologies aim to develop the professional competencies of future educators, including skills in design, analysis, creativity, and management. Additionally, the study explored the possibilities of integrating innovative technologies into the educational process.

In the practical part, the results of the control and experimental groups were compared, demonstrating the effectiveness of the experimental methodologies. During the experimental work, future educators acquired skills in efficiently organizing the subject-developing environment and successfully applied them in the educational process. The research findings showed a significant improvement in educators' professional training through the application of new methods.

The authors provide practical recommendations for developing pedagogical competence and highlight the contribution of the research results to improving the quality of preschool education. Furthermore, the article presents methodological recommendations and strategies aimed at enhancing the educational environment in preschool institutions, fostering the professional growth of educators and the comprehensive development of children.
