Abstract

The training of patriotic and nationalized teaching staff, with a developed national consciousness in our time, is one of the main demands of society. After all, a teacher is a key figure who gives the younger generation not only knowledge, but also education, and promotes national values. This article examines the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) technology in shaping the patriotic consciousness of future teachers.

The main purpose of this article is to identify the methodological and educational possibilities of problem–based learning in the formation of students' citizenship based on national values. The study comprehensively analyzed the practical impact and practical advantages of this technology in patriotic education.

The scientific and practical significance lies in the fact that problem-based learning contributes to the comprehensive development of the personality of the future teacher. In the course of the research, methods of theoretical analysis, questionnaires, and modeling of pedagogical situations were used. Based on the author's survey, the attitude of future teachers to this technology was determined.

As a result of the research, it is proved that the problem-based teaching method gives positive results in the development of students' patriotic qualities. They learn to formulate their views by working with contexts of historical and cultural significance in the process of solving specific problems.

The data obtained in the article showed that the successful implementation of this technology in the educational process effectively contributes to the professional and patriotic development of students. Therefore, problem-based learning is presented as the most important pedagogical condition for educating a future teacher in the spirit of national values. In addition, this approach has a huge impact not only on developing the ability of future specialists to think critically, analyze and make decisions, but also on increasing their professional motivation. Thus, the technology of problem-based learning will be aimed at improving the professional skills of future teachers and turning them into socially significant personalities.
