This article will consider methods for developing the creative activity of gifted students in teaching mathematics. The development of creative activity is understood as a pedagogical process in which students develop a personality with the assimilation of knowledge as a value orientation, creatively using their curiosity and research, knowledge in New conditions.
The main goal is to develop students ' motivation, self-education, and creative activity in teaching mathematics. The development of creative activity of students in the process of teaching mathematics is one of the most important tasks. This contributes to increasing their thinking ability, using creative approaches to solving problems, and deepening their mathematical knowledge. Based on the research of psychological and pedagogical scientists and didacs, a scheme for the development of creative activity of students of specialized schools for gifted children by the project method using innovative capabilities of computer technology is given. At the same time, examples are given, highlighting the importance of the following methods for the development of creative activity of students, the method of program learning, interactive methods, the case study method, the method of problem-based learning, the heuristic method, and research methods. In the process of learning, the development and education of the creative activity of gifted children schoolchildren is carried out when they have an interest and need for knowledge. That is, it is proved in the examples that interest in knowledge not only contributes to the solution of individual methodological tasks (learning to formulate and apply laws, drawing diagrams, solving problems, etc.), but also contributes to the achievement of the goals and objectives of training, which is transferred to creative activity. The study shows the scientific and practical importance of methods for developing the creative activity of gifted students in teaching mathematics.
