This article is devoted to the peculiarities of teaching dialogic and monologic speech to primary schoolchildren in Foreign language. One of the main purposes of teaching a foreign language is the forming of foreign language communicative competence, i.e. the ability and willingness to carry out foreign language interpersonal and intercultural communication with native speakers. Thus, the article provides some effective technologies that are supposed to help more effective learning and mastering of dialogic and monologic speechin primary school. They help to improve the level of dialogue and monologue speech of primary school students.
