DESIGN OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AS A COMPONENT PART OF THE TEACHER'S PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

The article is focusing on the study of the essence and content of the project activity of a teacher in the system of school education. The design of the educational process is one of the effective methods for the implementation of pedagogical activities. The professionalism of a teacher determined by his ability to diagnose, predict and model the pedagogical process. Thus, today the teacher must not only educate and develop the personality of the student, but also possess the knowledge, skills to carry out design activities and prepare students to interact with the world based on the design of their activities.
In the article, project activity is analyzing as a means of changing pedagogical reality and ensuring personal growth. It is the skills of pedagogical design that develop the teacher's ability to solve various problems in education, contribute to creative pedagogical self-determination, self-organization, self-design of one's own growth and pedagogical achievements, increase the teacher's competence and influence the integral development of the individual.
The authors reveal the essence and content of the project activities of the teacher; give a description of the main types of pedagogical projects; describe in detail the stages of designing the pedagogical process: modeling, design and construction.
The purpose of the modeling stage is to identify opportunities for improving the educational process, to search for reserves to increase its efficiency and quality based on the analysis of the model. According to the authors, at this stage it is important to highlight the essential characteristics, the most important qualities and components of the educational process, which will be changed during the implementation of the project.
At the design stage, activities are expressed in a specific action plan. The success of the program implementation will depend on the degree of participation at this stage of all participants in the educational process. Designing is a further detailing of the created project, bringing it closer for use in specific conditions by real participants in educational relations.
