The relevance of this study stems from the need to improve the general physical and professional-applied preparedness of future primary school teachers in the face of increasing psycho-emotional and static-dynamic stresses of teaching, as well as the need for the targeted implementation of health-preserving technologies in higher pedagogical education and teacher training. The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the conditions and specifics of using fitness technologies in the educational process of preparing future primary school teachers. The methodological framework of the study includes an analysis of scientific and pedagogical works, a systematization of approaches to the classification of fitness technologies, pedagogical observation, questionnaires, a quasi-experimental "before-after" design with a control group, and testing the dynamics of students' physical fitness indicators and professional-applied preparedness over the course of the academic cycle. The study identified a set of conditions that ensure the effective application of fitness technologies (organizational and pedagogical, logistical, personnel, didactic, methodological, and motivational-value-based), and organized the main types of fitness technologies used in the training of future primary school teachers. Experimental data demonstrated a more significant increase in the physical fitness of students in the experimental group compared to the control group, as well as an increase in their level of professional and applied readiness for work in primary school. It is concluded that the scientifically and methodologically sound implementation of fitness technologies, while adhering to the identified set of conditions, promotes the development of physical performance, increased resistance to fatigue, and the development of a readiness in future primary school teachers to implement health-preserving practices in their professional activities and the school educational environment.
