MODELING THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF HEALTH-SAVING COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract

The education system based on outdated traditional provisions does not provide the necessary and sufficient level of formation of common sense, the safe competence of students in the process of their professional training. Despite a large number of studies, insufficient attention is paid to the formation of a healthier competence of the future teacher. Therefore, the purpose of our research is to develop a system of competence formation studied in the integral educational process of the university.

The study of the concept of competence for the preservation of the health of teachers in theory and practice has shown that this term is inextricably linked with the term "competence" and represents interrelated personality traits established in connection with a certain range of subjects and processes necessary for high-quality productive professional activity of a future teacher.

As a healthy, healthy teacher competence acts as an integrative indicator and is viewed from two positions: as a personal quality aimed directly at optimizing the health of the teacher, and as a professional quality of the teacher aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of participants in the educational process.

In the course of the study, the authors developed a structural model of the process of forming the health, lean competence of future teachers, including goals, objectives, principles, stages, components, forms, methods, tools to improve the preparation of students, positively influencing their motivation; it allows to effectively solve the problems of forming the health of children and students, to get acquainted with the norms and values of a healthy lifestyle to successfully choose suitable educational technologies for future teachers of the school educational process.
