The article discusses the issues of preparing future teachers for the development of author's programs through the mechanism of value orientation of the individual. The purpose of this article is to develop a mechanism for preparing future teachers to design an author's program through compliance with the laws of project activity. The author's program of a teacher is a personal pedagogical concept reflecting the level of research culture. The author's program is based on the technology of pedagogical research, during which students form a value attitude to the educational process.
Considering the issue of forming the readiness of future teachers to design the author's program, we proceeded from the concept of value orientation of the personality of Professor G.K.Nurgalieva, the mechanism of which includes 4 stages: search-evaluation- choice – projection.
The value of the conducted research with the participation of students of pedagogical specialties in the number of 80 people is to determine the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. The students showed positive dynamics in mastering expert competencies in the development of author programs. The uniqueness of the proposed methodology lies in the fact that for the first time students were trained in the design of an individual concept. Future teachers can purposefully apply knowledge in their future professional activities. The value attitude to the object of professional activity within the framework of our methodology is expressed more clearly.
Within the framework of the study, a set of research methods was applied, in particular, online questionnaires, conversations, interviews, the method of analyzing theoretical sources, the project method, which allowed us to obtain reliable and accurate data on the effectiveness of the developed methodology.
The value of the proposed methodology lies in the fact that it can be widely used both for undergraduates and for teacher training courses.
