Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to the development of entrepreneurial competence among future teachers. The authors determine the relevance and importance of teaching the basics of business and entrepreneurship in the field of education. Future teacher-entrepreneurs need to learn how to manage a private educational institution and its finances, organize and motivate employees, without which modern business cannot work and does not bring profit. In modern society, special conditions of service and life in a market economy are offered. It was noted that interest in economic education and entrepreneurship is increasing. The fact that entrepreneurship is considered prestigious in the modern development of the Republic of Kazakhstan shows the relevance of the article. For the successful development of the state, the influence of various industries on the economy was described, as well as the place and influence of entrepreneurial competence in these industries.

The importance of training teachers who are able to organize not only a unified pedagogical process, but also entrepreneurial activity in the field of education, the importance of entrepreneurial competence in the activity of a teacher is emphasized. In order to increase entrepreneurial competence, the opinions of future primary school teachers were taken into account in this study. As a result of the study, it was determined that future teachers associate the concept of «entrepreneurship» with innovation, risk-taking, self-confidence and emotional intelligence, and a «Comprehensive set of entrepreneurial competencies» was presented.
