THE CONTENT OF THE PROBLEM OF COMPETENCE AND ABILITIES IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGISTS

The article deals with the issue of competence development of future teacher-psychologists. The author draws attention to the great role played by psychologists in order to correctly determine and further develop the level of ability of teachers and students to receive information in the era of the glory of today's education. This shows that the requirements for future teacher-psychologists are high. Regarding this issue, the great educator Akhmet Baitursynuly says: «If you raise a child as a boy, he will become a boy, if you raise him as a slave, he will become a slave», Today's child is tomorrow's citizen. Therefore, if we consider the great thought of the enlightened scientist, the future of the nation - the education of the next generation is very important for our country. Therefore, the higher the role of pedagogues-psychologists in the society, the more important their competence is. The content of this study examines different perspectives on the issue of competence. In particular, the authors pay attention to the scientific views of well-known domestic and foreign scientists. Within the framework of the article, the directions and types of the concept of competence were described based on scientific views:
Competencies that look at a person as an individual, a subject, a future teacher;
Competencies of social impact on people and social sphere;
- Competencies related to human activity.
In describing the types of these competencies, the authors of the article summarize their thoughts and conclude that «competencies differ according to their nature and function».
One of the features of the presented article is that the authors consider the concept of competence in relation to the activity of a teacher-psychologist. In this context, the communicative ability is summarized as the most necessary for a teacher-psychologist and focuses on the description of the ability, the concepts known by its classification. In this direction, the text of the article shows that the famous Russian scientist V.A. Krutetsky divides the pedagogical abilities into nine groups, and the functions performed by the specialist in the school today are shown.
In the article, the concept of «communicative competence» is analyzed in relation to the activities of a teacher-psychologist, various definitions and outlines are given.
