THE IMPORTANCE OF SH. MURTAZA’S CREATIVITY IN THE FORMATION OF SPIRITUAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Abstract

Leadership skills are very important in any society. In this regard, the focus of the article is on the scientific study of the pedagogical essence of the work of the public figure Sh. Murtaza to form the spiritual and leadership skills of future specialists, in combination with common all-Kazakhstani ideas and current issues of higher education.

The article aims to identify pedagogical indicators by analyzing the importance of forming the spiritual and leadership professional competencies of future specialists based on Sh. Murtaza’s creativity, as well as novice ideas and public demands.

The importance of training the spiritual leadership skills of future professionals at national level, who are seen as the main actors in the process of building a new quality of nation and renewing public consciousness, is thus scientifically substantiated. The main indicators for the formation of spiritual and leadership skills of future professionals are analysed and determined.

The scientific novelty of the article is demonstrated by Sherkhan Murtaza’s study, which shows the novelty of the world of values so necessary for humanity and the scientific underpinning of the formation of spiritual and leadership skills of honest citizens based on national values so necessary for the New Kazakhstan.

In fact, Sherkhan Murtaza was not only a writer of works of art, but also a true patriot of his nation. His country was proud of him, and for this reason each of his statements is rich in important information and has a deep educational meaning.

The results of the study show how important spiritual and leadership skills are for everyone, including the public service and the active personality of Sherkhan Murtaza who is a great role model school. It is scientifically analysed that the accumulated life experience and unwavering love for the nation not only shape the spiritual and leadership skills of future specialists, but also form a person who is generally spiritually mature, endowed with qualities combined with prudence. The results of the research work, namely highlighting the role of the future generation, including specialists, in the development of spiritual and leadership skills, analysing the importance and pedagogical conclusions of conceptual education, highlighting the content characteristics, clarified its scientific and practical significance.
