POSSIBILITIES OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS IN THE PROCESS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION

The article discusses the possibilities of using elements of artificial intelligence in the process of primary education. The study reveals the need for senior students of the educational program "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" of a higher educational institution to develop skills in working with elements of artificial intelligence. In addition, the article will also consider the benefits of artificial intelligence. A description of the concept of artificial intelligence is also given. A review of the works of scientists who have studied this issue is given.
The results of the observation and survey methods conducted with senior students (4th year and 3rd year students) of the “Pedagogy and methods of primary education” program at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University are presented. As a result of the study, it is found that elements of artificial intelligence increase interest in learning. In addition, the need for courses that demonstrate the possibilities of using artificial intelligence tools in the process of primary education was identified.
The results of the conducted survey will be processed and presented using the SPSS computer program. Based on the research results, a recommendation was made to develop a specialized course on teaching AI tools for future primary education teachers.
